Megan gets married...

My little sister yep, 10 years younger so I can still call her little sister.... Megan got married on Saturday October 9th, 2010. Up Millcreek Canyon in the a picnic spot called Evergreen about 5 miles up the canyon . I have to say it really was a beautiful location. They rented white chairs, created a isle for Megan to walk up by purchasing Shepard's hooks that they had hung baskets filled with flowers in her colors Purple, Lime Green and Orange. Fall leaves changing colors and falling to the canyon floor was l a blanket of her colors waiting for her to walk on. It was really a beautiful fall day, the crisp weather added so much. After a lovely ceremony by my mom and dad's bishop they walked the isle together as husband and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Daren Webb. When we, I mean I finally finished taking Megan's wedding photos. She decided that I do an ok enough job that I could take them and she would be happy with them. I think that they really turned out beautiful, I do NOT claim to know how to take pictures and I am Definetly and amatuer, but I love to! When we the whole family leftthe wedding we and went to the Olive Garden and had a lovely meal. Megan and Daren opened their wedding gifts and we had a wonderful cake that my mom made into a Lily Pad with a Frog Groom and Frog Princess Bride on top. As many may not know Megan has always been called toad and has a love for all things frogs because of this! And yes, I gave her her nickname, the JOYS of being the oldest.... No but really it fit, I can't explain why but ALL OF THE FAMILY have always called her this. I just hope most of all Megan finally married the man of her dreams. I am happy she is happy. And I hope this is a loving, lasting marriage. I just hope that she remembers that nothing in life worth having is easy. I also hope that she remembers this sweet saying "Celebrate the happiness that friend are always giving, make every day a holiday and celebrate just living." by Amanda Bradley. Congratulations Megan and Daren, what is it 7 years in the making, for this very special day? , I have to give you credit where credit is due, It really was a lovely day...

Summer came and went and here we are Back to School! It is going to be a busy year for us all. Jenavieve started morning Kindergarten with Mrs. Newland and she is loving it but is exhausted when she comes home. Dylan is now in 2nd grade and is busy with all that he has to learn to keep up with what school requires. He comes home famished due to not eating lunch well, he isn't a great eater anyway so this really doesn't suprise me. Jacob is doing amazing in 4th grade he loves his teacher and loves all that she has them learning. He enjoys it so much I don't have to fight him to get him to go to school. You have no idea how much this means to me, it wasn't this way last year. The kids are thriving, and I am eternally exhausted. I am the PTA president for their school Reading Elementary. I volunteer in each classroom once a week and also do PTA so I am generally at the school "WORKING" 4 days a week... and yes I love it!

~WOW~ It has been over 6 months since I updated my blog and the funny part is, I don't care!~ I don't like putting my words into print, saying them out loud seems to get me into enough trouble WHY, oh why would I ever put them in PRINT! Oh well, I don't keep a diary, I found that when I did I ONLY wrote the negative, never the positive, so I quit. I now just write my kids a note on birthdays or other big events.
